Quotes & Service
Estimates given by phone, email, or web form are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is provided as a written flat-rate quote after on-site diagnosis, and work begins only with your approval. Prices quoted in writing do not change mid-job.
Scheduling
We make every reasonable effort to meet scheduled arrival windows and response-time estimates. Weather events — including the hail and severe thunderstorms the West Central Ohio is known for — and emergency call volume can affect timing, and we will always communicate changes honestly.
